Hogtunes
uses Drag Specialties as our sole distributor to fill all
dealers in the United States, Canada and Europe. Other than
help with technical support, Hogtunes does not deal
directly with retail dealers.
Some dealers choose to sell at very low prices on “auction
type” websites. If a “bricks and mortar” store is not for
you, and you choose to purchase our products from one of
these discounters, please make sure to understand their
service and return policies BEFORE
any
funds are exchanged!
For
any warranty claims,
customers must deal with the vendor where the product
was originally purchased from. Warranty
applies to the original retail purchaser only and is not
transferable. If your dealer cannot or will not help, the
warranty stays intact, but the customer making the warranty
claim will be responsible for all inbound, and outbound
ship charges to Hogtunes in Ontario, Canada. Drag
Specialties will not accept any warranty claims or phone
calls from consumers directly. If your purchase is made
through an authorized dealer who will help with a warranty
claim, Hogtunes and Drag Specialties have a system in place
to make sure you’re taken care of quickly.
Hogtunes speakers are warranted for a period of 20 years.
Hogtunes Amplifiers are warranted for 1 year from original
purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty
claims.
Speakers
found to be defective during the warranty period will be
repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be
equivalent) at Hogtunes sole discretion. Amplifiers will be
repaired.
What
Is Not Covered:
1) Any expense related to the removal or re-installation of
Hogtunes products.
2) Repairs to these products performed by anyone other than
Hogtunes.
3) Subsequent damage to any other components.
4) Any product purchased from a non-authorized
Hogtunes/Drag Specialties dealer.
5) Damage to Hogtunes products due to an accident or
collision.
6) Hogtunes Amplifiers with broken or removed “warranty
void” stickers
