For products purchased directly from Hogtunes.com
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original shipment date from our office. This applies only to products that are new in unopened boxes and excludes Parts & Accessories sold separately. Return shipping to our offices are at the customers expense. To do a return, and RA# must be issued by our offices. Refunds will only be given once the goods have arrived at our offices and passed inspection. Goods may be subject to a restocking fee upon inspection.
Goods between 30-90 days old can only be returned at the discretion of Hogtunes inc. There will be no refunds for any reason after 90 days of the original purchase date.
For goods purchased from an authorized dealer
Any returns must be handled by the dealer where the goods were originally purchased from and falls under their specific return policy.
Orders over $99 (US) qualify for Free Shipping to the lower 48 states only. Orders less than $99.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00 US to the lower 48 states only. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped with UPS standard shipping (3-5 business days).
Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside North America are subject to additional shipping charges.
If additional shipping charges apply, we will notify you before your order ships.
UPS expedited and express shipping services are available on request,
additional charges will apply.
PO Box address orders will be processed with Canada Post (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes)
Delivery time will depend on the delivery destination.
Shipments are processed daily Monday-Friday, with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays.
Orders placed while Hogtunes office is closed will be processed on the next business day.
All Customers are notified by email once orders are processed and shipped.
A tracking number will be emailed for your reference.

Returns on goods bought from Hogtunes.com are accepted within 90 days of the date the goods left our facility only.
Returned goods arriving open, installed or in otherwise non-saleable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The value of any items missing from a returned product will be deducted from the refunded amount.
All returns on goods bought from Hogtunes.com must have an RA# issued by Hogtunes.
Items arriving without an RA#, shipped C.O.D, or arriving with customs/brokerage fees owing will be refused.
Items that qualified for free shipping on the initial order will have the value of shipping deducted from the refunded amount.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items in good condition to Hogtunes.
A pre-paid label may be purchased from Hogtunes at the time of RA# issue.
In cases where items are being returned from outside Canada, prepaid labels being purchased will include all required customs
paper work completed. Once the items arrive and are inspected, a refund will be issued.
Please note: for refunds issued to a credit card it may take additional time to show on your statement due to your banks refund policy.
Returns on goods purchased from anywhere other than Hogtunes.com must be handled by your place of purchase (i.e dealer/retailer).
Your place of purchase can contact us, and assuming they are an authorized dealer, have a procedure to try and help.
Under no circumstances will Hogtunes refund goods direct to a consumer that were purchased from a dealer.
Hogtunes and any of its related companies assume zero responsibility on goods purchased from a non-authorized retailer.
